The Henderson City Council unanimously approved a major modification to the massive Inspirada housing project, which is emerging from bankruptcy.

AndersonBaron has had the pleasure of working on Inspirada since 2011 when our firm was commissioned to “re-envision” the master plan. Comprising over 1,900 acres of contiguous property in southern Henderson, Nevada, Inspirada is a master planned community based on new urban design principles. The community’s ample open space and expansive parks network is centrally located to maximize access to the residents and to provide for a different quality of life not found anywhere else in the greater Las Vegas area. Numerous housing types, planned adjacent commercial core and access to regional transportation will allow this community to continue to be a cornerstone of quality living in Henderson. AndersonBaron’s responsibilities within the project include, land planning, entitlements, master landscape architect for community character and theming, site planning, streetscapes, parks, open spaces, entry monumentation, construction administration, design guidelines and signage.
