Chandler City Council voted on Thursday, June 26th in favor of the Echelon housing development to take the place of Chandler’s Compadre Stadium Ballpark – the long abandoned spring training facility for the Brewers from the late 1980’s to 1990’s.   The City Council voted to approve the 318 homes and townhomes in the gated community of Chandler’s Ocotillo master plan.
