Eastmark and Vistancia Two of the Best Places to Live in Arizona!

AZ Foothills Magazine released its list of “Best Places to Live in Arizona” article last week and we are thrilled that two AndersonBaron projects, Eastmark and Vistancia, have made the list!

Eastmark made its official debut in June, promising to be the “heart and hub” of the East Valley. In its first phase, Eastmark offers homes from seven of the Valley’s top homebuilders – Maracay Homes, Mattamy, Meritage, Ryland Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Taylor Morrision and Woodside. The five square mile master planned community offers many amenities, with over “100 parks, piazzas, and plazas.” AndersonBaron designed the neighborhood parks, plazas, streets and entries as well as arterial streetscapes and significant entry monuments. Eastmark’s proximity to Phoenix-Mesa gateway Airport, three major freeways, numerous businesses, healthcare providers and educational institutions also contribute to the community’s ranking as one of the best places to live in Arizona. Vistancia was also featured in the AZ foothills article, indicating that within the last six months, the luxury master planned community has announced the arrival of three new homebuilders to its upscale housing line-up: Gehan Home, Mattamy Homes and Woodside Homes. AndersonBaron has been working within the Vistancia master plan for many years, providing land planning services as well as designing several entries to the community.
