Inspirada hosts Project Playhouse Pet Edition to raise some “bones” for homelessness in Southern Nevada! The grand opening of Capriola Park marked the beginning of the fundraiser, where eight different home builders came together to create 14 creative pet houses, some of which are featured at Capriola Park and others at The Green at Town Square in Las Vegas. A month long raffle and live auction of these luxury pet houses helps to raise money and awareness for homelessness in the local community through HomeAid Southern Nevada. Founded in 2004, HomeAid’s mission is to build new lives for Southern Nevada’s homeless through housing and community outreach.
While the homebuilders designed the pet homes, AndersonBaron planned the site layout for the pet houses and games. We also compiled a list of materials and details needed to construct signage, planters, and lighting. Chris Szabo managed the construction of the event and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the homebuilders, community partners, HomeAid and AndersonBaron, everyone had a fun-filled paw-fect day!
