Eastmark Wins Big at Arizona ASLA Awards

AndersonBaron took home the top award at the 2015 Arizona ASLA Awards for Eastmark! Our work for DU7-South at Eastmark won the Award of Excellence and the President’s Award at the awards ceremony on March 28th. Construction Watch: Echelon

One of our project managers, Todor Spasov, was on site at the Echelon project in Chandler, Arizona this afternoon.  Below is a photo of the retaining wall being constructed off Alma School Road (just south of Ocotillo), on which natural stone veneer will be applied.  To the left side of the wall as shown in the photo below, will be one of the the smaller of the five total lakes in the development.

La Ronde has Anchor Tenant

AZ Big Media featured a story on one of AndersonBaron’s projects: La Ronde Centre.  This will be one of the largest non-hospital, medical mixed-use projects for health and wellness in the Phoenix metropolitan area and is slated to be completed at the end of this year.  The new medical plaza will serve as the epicenter of Sun City’s commercial revitalization hub.  Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center announced their new state-of-the-art eye care clinic and ambulatory surgical center at La Ronde…

Liv Ahwatukee Opens in Phoenix

Construction Watch: Meridian
