The 28th Annual Valley Partnership Community Project build day took place on November 7th and AndersonBaron team members (and their families) were there to shovel granite, assemble and paint furniture, and all other tasks involved with building the new exterior spaces for Florence Crittenton Girls Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona. This was the largest crowd of volunteers that the organization has seen with over 300 people from the development industry! Other records broken with this year’s community project were number of corporate sponsors (90) and more than $400,000 raised to transform the grounds of this deserving organization.
AndersonBaron’s Tom Durant has been serving on the Community Project committee since 2014 and has been an instrumental part in securing sponsorships and donations. Tom’s work began long before the 300+ volunteers showed up on build day and continued long after they left. He’s held a leadership role on the committee and is involved throughout the year with everything from selecting the non-profit organization to design coordination meetings all the way through complete construction.
AndersonBaron and our team are so happy to support this event and will continue to do so for years to come. Click to read AZ Big Media’s event summary!
