D.R. Horton is proposing to develop a 94.46 acre community located south of Mayo Boulevard and east of 64th Street. A future apartment site is proposed to be developed on the northeast corner of the site with an approximate gross acreage of 24.09 acres. The remaining net area of 69.79 acres in the development will consist of single-family traditional homes.

The proposed development blends into its surrounding infill environment with a single-family architectural product and ample open spaces. The development also creates visual interest on the perimeter through its unique architectural fa├žades, creative landscape entryways, and open areas. This development will serve as an ideal example of residential infill development for the City of Phoenix.
